Graduate in any Discipline, a with post-graduation degree in Management with HR Specialisation.
3-5 years in HR operations as mentioned above
Selected candidate will work closely with the HR Consultant in setting up HR processes like recruitments, drafting team welfare policies, on-boarding, performance appraisal system follow-up on individual development plans, preparing structured job descriptions and updating organisational structure till the processes are established and internalized.
